I work with my female assistant to help actors and models develop portfolios. We are not a model portfolio factory like some photographers / studios. You are going to get something individual that suits you.
The cost will be just £225 (no VAT or other extras to think about). You get a CD of high quality images from a shoot of at least two and a half hours duration - time for sufficient variety to give you a head start for your own quality portfolio. We can advise you on getting prints if you want these.
Having started working together on this basis, if you have the right character to suit our particular style of commercial photography, we will give you the chance to expand that portfolio and more than earn that fee back.....
If you think that you will enjoy working with us, we would like to expand this initial shoot (where you call the shots) into an intensive day's shooting . The object of this is to get a whole range of commercial shots in different scenarios. For you, this will mean you have a much larger, more convincing, portfolio (studio type / interior / lifestyle/ outdoors /casual etc) that looks as if it has been taken by a range of photographers and also makes you look as if you have been involved in a range of real assignments. This will give your portfolio much more credibility.
You will sign a model release for the images that will be produced that will allow them to be marketed. Care has to be taken as to what we shoot because these images have to make money in an intensely competitive market. This means that we set the agenda for these shoots but are not going to do anything that you are not totally comfortable with or will suit your particular skills as a model.
We do not provide a make up artist - this is something that you should think about & we can help organise but my assistant can help you get things right.
